Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment

Submitting the enrollment form does not guarantee automatic admission. Enrollment is subject to review and approval by Tawonga Driving School.

A student is officially enrolled only after confirmation and payment.

2. Course Fees

Course fees cover driving instruction only.

Government charges such as testing, licensing, and registration are paid directly to Road Traffic and are not included in course fees.

3. Payment Policy

Payment terms are communicated during enrollment confirmation. Failure to meet agreed payment terms may result in suspension of lessons.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Driving sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Repeated cancellations without notice may affect training progress.

5. Liability

Tawonga Driving School provides structured training but does not guarantee automatic passing of driving tests.

Students are responsible for complying with all road safety regulations.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
